How do I request an RMA number?

To request an RMA number, log in to your account, go to “My Account,” and select the RMA request option. If you don’t have an account, contact our customer service team directly. You will need to provide details about the product and the reason for the return.
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and approve your RMA request.
Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and instructions on how to proceed.
