Domestic Shipping Options

We will ship your orders via UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Air, Next Day Air, or USPS. The cost of shipping is based on (a) the shipping option you select when placing your order; (b) the total size and weight of your item(s), and (c) your ship-to address. To determine the shipping cost for your order, simply add all items to the cart, input your Zip Code, State and select your desired Shipping Method in our Estimate Shipping calculator. You will be shown a total shipping cost in your Shopping Cart.

Shipping Time and Destinations

Orders received by 2:00 PM PST are generally processed on the same business day. Orders received after this cutoff time will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Shipping times are determined by the chosen shipping method and destination address. Cable Leader offers the following shipping options:

Shipping Discrepancies

Customers are responsible for verifying the receipt of all items listed on the packing slip upon delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported to our Customer Service team within five (5) days of receipt to allow us to investigate and resolve the issue effectively. Reports of discrepancies submitted after this five-day period are ineligible for credit, regardless of circumstances.

Please be aware that Cable Leader is a seller and not the provider of transportation services. We rely on third-party shipping providers to deliver your orders, and therefore, Cable Leader cannot be held responsible for any issues caused by these carriers.

Additionally, Cable Leader cannot assume responsibility for delays that are outside of our control. This includes situations such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, disruptions within the carrier’s network, customs processing delays for international shipments, or other unforeseen events. Estimated delivery times provided on our site are intended as general guidelines and may be affected by these factors.

It is also the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping information at the time of order placement. Cable Leader is not liable for any delays, additional charges, or loss resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
